• You may not share your account or course materials
• Progress is saved automatically
• Free courses might be updated every 15 days

For Instructors:

• You retain copyright to your course content
• Grant Easy Word Club license to host and distribute your courses
• Provide accurate course descriptions and quality content
• Respond to student questions in a timely manner

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing:

• We offer free courses as our main product. For private tutoring we may need to charge.
• Prices are listed in VND
• We may offer discounts and promotions at our discretion

Refund Policy:

• 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses
• No refunds after completing more than 30% of course content
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Harass other students or instructors
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Share copyrighted materials without permission
• Impersonate other users or staff
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: Platform design, software, and branding are owned by Easy Word Club
• Course Content: Owned by respective instructors
• Student Content: Assignment submissions remain your property
• License: We grant you limited access to use the platform for learning purposes
• 3rd.Party: We may use some free learning materials provided as a courtesy of Cambridge English Young Learners or other third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior towards other users

8. Disclaimer

While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. English proficiency results depend on individual effort and practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Easy Word Club is not liable for:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Technical problems beyond our control
• Learning outcomes not meeting expectations
• Third-party content or services

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
